What the Liberal Democrats (Lib Dems) and the Tories say is the purpose of this policy is to ensure that more affordable housing available. But there's no housing available for people who are affected to move. A better idea would be to build more houses. That would help the economy, get more people in jobs, raise money for the government through taxes and reduced benefits. It's a chance holister for them to change course in the Budget next week - hopefully would notice the demonstrations.
