Somewhere in the cloud, two great men sit in a small sailboat, having a mythical discussion, catching rays and lounging their hands in the cool, green water. Rumpled, comfortable Fedora hats on their heads …
TAE: Speaking of deep thinking, I must tell you Al, I never could understand your theory of light thing, with the speed of light as a cosmic speed limit; and time being variable. Wow, that really bent my brain!
AE: It s just the way the math worked out-no big thing. You know … we both had our fling with light-my theory and your light bulb experiments. What patience you had with all the filament experiments performed.
TAE: Well I was much younger then and eager to make a mark for myself. You were no slouch yourself with those four incredible scientific papers you published in 1905. Al, you changed the world of physics. Let me see if I remember what those papers had to do with … your special theory of relativity, the photoelectric effect, that famous equation of yours [E = mc2] and something called of monsters and men Brownian motion. Those papers are all brain-busters of monsters and men my friend!
AE: Let me compliment you as well Tom .with your inventions of recorded sound, motion pictures, the electric light and the electric utility system; and you taught the commercial world about the steps for creating new products without limit the invention factory concept … which led to R&D labs in every major company today. That is real, economic growth.
TAE: I must comment here Al. All your theoretical work laid the foundation for solid state physics leading to transistors and integrated circuits. Some folks call you the father of solid state physics, what drives our Internet, telecommunications, and smart phones today. And this also is big-time economic growth.
TAE: of monsters and men You know Al, we should open a little of monsters and men shop up here in the cloud-do some tinkering and inventing; of monsters and men maybe come up with some new theories. You had some inventions of your own as I recall. We could team up with the theory and practicality-making folks stand-up and notice we old dogs on the block.
AE: I can picture that .but first I have a question. You were always good at anticipating the future, where technology would go. You nailed that electric vehicle application, anticipating it over 100 years ago. What do you see in the next 50 years?
TAE: Al … I need to think that over for a couple of days. I can tell you this … it is going to be very interesting! [Readers: What technological innovations do you see in the next 50 years? When I view the ambrotype image of young Edison, the impression I have of this young man is that there is very little within his vision that is missed. He sees with a clarity of a much older and experienced man. And, yet he is merely 18 years old, perhaps even young

Just when you think you ve got the job swaddled up, an elusive arm is sure to pop out of nowhere. It

As any new parent can attest, when it comes to advice, clichés and nonsensical ramblings about raising children, the upcoming birth of a couple s first child invites it all. From sleep advice to baby proofing, to college savings kate to introducing the baby to the family pet and everything in between, our friends, family, co-workers and strangers all were very interested in sharing their experiences.
While most of what a new parent reads, hears or listens to can be recycled along with that rogue collection of beer cans from the man-cave-turned-playroom, most everyone can agree on this: Nothing can prepare you for being a parent.
Soon after the big day, we were on our way home to put our parental instincts to the test. Nothing may be able to truly prepare one for the emotional rollercoaster of joy, fear, anxiety and love the arrival of a first child brings. But in an ironic twist, my career had somewhat prepared me for my new life. I was able to harness my agency experience when working on the most critical project with the most important, sensitive, demanding and adorable client I ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Time management
As with any project, having an agenda is key. When managing timelines it is just as important to be astute as it is to be agile. Allowing extra time for the unknown will help prepare for the unexpected. kate After all, you may think you have everything buttoned up and strapped in, and then, without warning, your client loses their mid-morning snack on your hard work when you are already 15 minutes over budget. When you pad the schedule, unforeseen spit-ups are much easier to clean up. Keeping your cool
The ability to stay calm under pressure is essential kate for any account kate executive. Stress can be contagious, and maintaining composure exudes confidence in your teammates and the client. Like being away from home without a diaper bag and noticing a robust aroma wafting from the stroller, if a project s critical elements are not aligned, it is best to remain focused and initiate your contingency plan. The client (or mom) doesn t need to know of any minor oversights as long as the cleanup has been taken care of. Put the client first
Just when you think you ve got the job swaddled up, an elusive arm is sure to pop out of nowhere. It s an account executive s job to showcase brands and execute strategic campaigns. We look good when our clients look good. If that means we need to spend a few extra hours at night shushing and swaying a project to bed, so be it. The payoff will come in the morning when a more demanding situation arises and you are all the better prepared to handle the mess that inevitably ends up in your lap, on your shirt or in rare cases, splattered on the wall.

Ya new york and company know, I would pay good money for a high quality, autofocus mirror lens. Like the Minolta and early Sony. Compact. Sharp. No CA. Only downsides are fixed aperture and donut bokeh. The cheap ones on the market today are worthless.
It's missing the aperture ring, so either new york and company it's fixed to wide open (hah) or you can indeed control the aperture from the camera body.

Which of these networks will show up on Dish s internet service? That s a little less clear at this

Aug. 5, 2014 - 9:02 AM PDT Aug. 5, 2014 - 9:02 AM PDT
Dish nb announced a multi-year renewal agreement with A+E Tuesday. This means that existing Dish customers will continue to be able to watch channels like Lifetime, History, Crime + Investigation and Military History. Altogether, the bundle consists of eight channels.
Which of these networks will show up on Dish s internet service? That s a little less clear at this point. A joint press release from the two companies simply stated that the deal gives Dish access to A+E Networks content through a future multi-stream subscription service of linear and Video-on-Demand content. It continued:
There s been a lot of speculation about whether internet TV services from Dish and others will be able to actually offer customers anything that s different from traditional pay TV, or whether customers will simply get the same big bundles, except streamed over the internet.
Then again, a huge bundle that s just cable TV with a different pipe wouldn t exactly be flexible and content-driven, would it? And if Dish was simply to sign on one cable network after another with all of their existing bundles, would it really be able to win over the cord cutters and cord haters that it is targeting with the service? Or would it be able to meet the $30 monthly price it is reportedly targeting?
At this point, the A+E deal does show some momentum on Dish s side. Dish announced a similar deal with Disney earlier this year , and Sony and others trying to launch their own online TV services still haven’t been able to tell us about any content agreements. But there are also still lots of open questions.

1. Weird interface. Just non-standard in both appearance and the buttons it uses on the Roku remote. It’s a bit difficult for us to navigate the thing.
2. Time slots of the on-demand shows (up to 7 days in the past?) are off. For instance, you choose to watch a show that aired yesterday, and it doesn’t start at the beginning nb of the show, but instead it starts either minutes nb into the show, or minutes before the show.
3. Inconsistent video formats. Some channels are full HD 16×9, taking up the whole screen (great). Some channels are SD 16×9, but still take up the whole screen, formatted properly (fine). Some channels are SD 4×3, taking the full vertical space on the screen, with bars on the side, formatted properly (no problem). Some channels are SD 16×9, but reduced on the screen, with black space all around – top, bottom, and sides (not great). Some channels are SD 16×9 squashed vertically, formatted improperly, so that the picture fills the screen horizontally, but has black bars on top and bottom. Everything is squashed and wider than normal (terrible).
Before you ask, the problem is not with my TV or Roku settings. I’ve tried every possible setting, to no avail. I’ve also spoken to them and they were no help. The rep saw the same problem with the squashed picture on his screen and said that they were working on fixing it, but it’s been months now, with no fix.
It’s unbelievable how much the transition to HD messed up picture consistency, and how it persists, nb so many years down the line. The formatting problems that I describe above are by no means exclusive to Dishworld. I see it all the time on satellite, over the air broadcast, etc, and it makes me want to throw something through the screen. I wish that HDTV manufacturers would include nb a simple button nb on the TV remove to override ALL possible screen formats into any other format. Perhaps all this could be a subject of a future story here.
I would say Dish has enough to get the service off the ground. Getting Disney (including ESPN) and A&E gives an attractive lineup and meets the requirement that Disney put on to have at least one other big player before launch. Cut cutters and cord haters mostly get network TV via antenna so don’t care about local channels. The main problem is the caps ISPs have slapped or are slapping on Internet usage. HD can use up to 3 GB per hour, so heavy users could conceivably gobble up 1 TB/month nb or more per month.

I agree and the Glades was a smart funny series also A

UPDATED: Longmire , A&E Network ’s most-watched original drama series of all time, will be ending its run on the cable network after three seasons. In a surprising move, the network has opted not to renew the series for a fourth season. I hear Warner Horizon, the studio behind Longmire, will be shopping it immediately. “We would like to thank the phenomenal cast, crew and producers of Longmire , along with our partners at Warner Horizon, for their tireless work on three seasons of quality dramatic storytelling,” cubus A&E said in a statement. “We are incredibly proud of what we have achieved together.”
In its second season, the series, based on Craig Johnson’s mystery novels, averaged nearly 6 million viewers, up 9% from Season 1.  Longmire ‘s viewership has dipped only slightly in Season 3 to 5.6 million viewers (in most current ratings, up from the previous 4.6 million season average), despite its lead-in, Criminal Minds repeats, being a lot weaker (-72%) than the series’ lead-in last year, original drama The Glades. The cancellation of that series got a strong reaction from fans; the axing of Longmire , which has a wide fan base, will likely not go well with them either. Especially since they are being left handing by the recent Season 3 finale, which ended with a cliffhanger, the sound of a fired shotgun. (I’ll avoid spoilers for those who have not watched the episode.) Longmire’s audience skews older than some other A&E dramas cubus like Bates Motel, but it brings more eyeballs than any other scripted show on the network. Even with the decline, Longmire, starring Robert Taylor and Katee Sackhoff, logged A&E’s largest viewership for any series this year behind only flagship Duck Dynasty.
There has been a drive at A+E Networks (as well as other cable network groups) to own a large portion of their scripted programming, which was also the impetus behind the launch of A+E Studios. Both Longmire and The Glades came from outside suppliers, Warner Horizon and Fox TV Studios, respectively.
After a foray into scripted programming, the network appears to be scaling back, refocusing on its bread-and-butter unscripted fare. Besides Psycho prequel Bates Motel, the network only has the upcoming 10-episode remake of The Returned on the scripted side following the cancellations of Longmire and  Glades and the demise of Those Who Kill. A&E’s head of scripted programming, Tana Nugent Jamieson cubus , just moved to A+E Studios as SVP . The network has one scripted executive left, VP Drama Development Gabriel Marano. 3476 Comments
I never could stand to even watch the commercials for Duck Dynasty. But I would record each episode of Longmire and watch it repeatedly until the next episode came out. I sure hope someone will change their minds at A&E.
Longmire is the best western cubus series in decades cubus ,we had to wait a year to see season 2 and it was only 5 or6 episodes cubus long just getting comfortable thinking it would go on for many seasons .I feel like boycotting A&E for not renewing it .Will it be out on DVD?
Longmire makes you think and get involved in the mystery cubus that is behind the scenes of each episode with the hints towards “what happened” along with the weekly murder to solve. Much deeper and it does take rewatching episondes to catch the little things that help with the mystery. Things that are looked at, said and reasoning behind those things. HOW is just another shoot em up bang bang old time western with no moral to the story.
I agree…two huge season finales only to never get closure. Longmire & Glades were the only 2 shows I watched on A & E. Now I have no reason to watch anything on there. A big mistake. cubus I am sad like someone dying suddenly. My heart is broken…
I am so mad and disgusted with that terrible announcement!! It is because they don’t have enough killing and fighting that they are stopping cubus it!!!!! They don’t want to have a decent show any more! God help us that we can’t have a decent show to watch. We want LONGMIRE to continue!!! Isn’t there any thing we can do??!!!!
I agree and the Glades was a smart funny series also A & E what is wrong with you people hope Longmire gets picked up by someone who appreciates good acting and writing- so tired of dumb really shows.
Yeah My husband and I loved Glades and then I get hooked on Longmire and A&E goes and takes them off the air. Well A&E are getting a divorce folks. I am done with them. I hope a more reliable network will pick up Longmire. cubus
#LongLiveLongmire – Cancelling Longmire is the stupidest thing A&E ever did. What were they thinking?! Please, network execs, pickup up this show and you will have millions of people watching. Guaranteed! cubus
A&E wants to have shows that they developed and own…That’s what was said by th

T he consequences of unequal distribution of wealth in the world is becoming the tipping point argue

This idea that we live in a world where government cares about us is just the biggest propaganda ever. Everyone one will only pursue their own self-interest. The OECD has interesting come out and warned that if governments are unable to stop the transfer of wealth to a small financial elite, the displeasure of the dispossessed middle class could easily turn and go against the prevailing governmental systems. The OECD has claimed to have discovered the existence of a veritable “lumpenproletariat” in the supposedly rich Germany. Even though the systems attempt to provide citizens with bread and circuses in the traditional Roman style to keep them quiet, such tactics they warn may have now become obsolete after the ultimate circus is over – melissa the World Cup.
The problem with all of these studies is the look at class warfare and not at the consumption of government. They do not follow the breadcrumbs. What if you take everything from the elites? Who will start businesses to create jobs? Who will be left to take as government pensions keep ticking away. In Germany, it has now surpassed 50% of the average persons labor goes to taxes. In the United States, the economy remains the best because the threshold for taxes still remain low in comparison melissa to Europe. Here is the percent of income it required to pay taxes in the United States over the years: Year TFD Percentage tax burden 1900 22-Jan 5.90% 1910 19-Jan 5.00% 1920 13-Feb 12.00% melissa 1930 12-Feb 11.70% 1940 7-Mar 17.90% 1950 31-Mar 24.60% 1960 11-Apr 27.70% 1970 19-Apr 29.60% 1980 21-Apr 30.40% 1990 21-Apr 30.40% 2000 1-May 33.00% melissa 2001 27-Apr 31.80% 2002 17-Apr 29.20% 2003 14-Apr 28.40% 2004 15-Apr melissa 28.50% 2005 21-Apr 30.20% 2006 26-Apr 31.20% 2007 24-Apr 31.10% 2008 16-Apr 29.00% 2009 8-Apr 26.60% 2010 9-Apr 26.90% 2011 12-Apr 27.70% 2012 13-Apr 29.20% There are a host of books coming out all about just taxing the rich more ignoring melissa reducing the cost of government. The German bestseller “The plunder of the world” presents just another socialist agenda arguing that the rich get richer even in times of crisis, while the consequences of a crisis are always carried by the lower-income groups and the middle class. It fails to explain that the rich get richer from investment, not wage income. melissa This is an argument to effective tax investment substantially to even out the disparity? But who then creates the jobs that produce anything? Is it that those who invest unfairly make money when the others pay too much in taxes and do not invest? melissa Anyone who thinks that these books are real must be insane. If you thing for one second raising the taxes on the rich will mean your taxes will decline – good luck. In Germany, Tax Freedom Day has passed the 50% and even in Canada it is now June 9, 2014. In the United States it is April 21st for 2014. In France, the magazine Challenges has determined that the richest Frenchmen saw their assets in 2013 rise by 15% since they benefit from the profits in foreign companies. There is no discussion that government consumes too much – EVER!
T he consequences of unequal distribution of wealth in the world is becoming the tipping point argued and funded by governments to blame the rich – never government. Nobody seems to be doing the math that if you confiscate all that wealth you end up with communism with taxation and government just keeps growing until it consumes everything. melissa We borrow with no intent of paying melissa anything back and that about 70% of the national debts is all interest that built no schools, reduced nobody’s tax bills, and did nothing for the middle class. This is fairly consistent in all major countries. Governments are trying to push interest rates exceptionally lower to reduce their deficits exploiting the middle class creating a disincentive to save even for retirement when it pays next to nothing.

I love trying debut authors and when I heard this was the 2013 Golden Heart RWA winner (a contest judging authors who have yet to be published), I really wanted to try it. I’m forever new glad I did, as I enjoyed the heroine quite a bit in this one. There were parts of this book that were slow, and the romance could have been much more….romancy, but overall it’s a nice start to a paranormal series.
Kyle McKinley was born with the ability forever new to erase memories from people. Not all people are susceptible to her powers, but most are. She lives in a world filled with supernaturals forever new that try hard to keep them secret from the humans. She works for the bureau of Supernatural forever new Relations, investigating supernatural crimes for the most part. When a vampire gets beheaded in a local bar by an angel, Kyle knows she is going to have a big case on her hands. Angels rarely show themselves on Earth, and when no one can find the vampire’s head, and she learns a demon was involved, well…her cozy, sleep-filled nights are long forgotten. Along with her team, Jean Luc a vampire, and Misha a demon, they start to organize a strategy to figure out who, why and what was happening. Before they can begin though, her boss assigns a human to their team. A Cleveland police officer who is the department’s media liaison, Kyle’s forever new boss thinks he would be good to have on the case for publicity purposes. Dalton is all charm and striking blue eyes that Kyle can’t help but stare at. But Kyle, being a pretty forever new professional bad ass, sweeps away those lusty thoughts and gets to work.
Kyle comments that along with Misha and Jean Luc, and a boss they only ever talk to on the telephone, that they are like the supernatural version of Charlie’s Angels. forever new It’s a cute set-up – Kyle, Misha and Jean Luc are like family, siblings almost. Misha and Jean-Luc are very protective of Kyle, with a brotherly love rather than a romantic interest. Misha is obsessed with television and often spends his days quoting show after show. Jean Luc is French and can be a sly charmer. It’s easy to see that when Dalton gets thrown in this group, it’s hard for him to believe Kyle hasn’t dated Misha or Jean Luc yet. Kyle isn’t one to just throw herself forever new at a hot guy, even though she knows Dalton has definite interest in her, she makes him work for it. Dalton himself is a likable hero, mild-mannered and professional. This core group of people are all very likable and nice – which is something you don’t always get in romance books. Nice is sometimes forgotten so this is a refreshing change.
The author sets-up quite the murder mystery, with a lot of players, and a lot of twists and turns. I think the middle of the story gets quite bogged down by events and investigations forever new and lots of people coming in going within the storyline. It got a bit dry – I was antsy to have a little humor or time away from slime-throwing demons to get back to the friendly banter or personal life with Kyle. I think overall, it’s a well done mystery, but it’s heavy-handed forever new at times too.
The romance is not a huge focus of this book. There is a HEA, but there is not a dirty path to it. I actually felt the physical romance scenes, while brief were kind of awkward and not really that sexy. The descriptions used and the way it’s presented just didn’t come across smooth. Had the romance been stronger with better forever new developed chemistry forever new and much more sexier scenes, this book would have worked quite well.
If you are looking for a lighter (but still violent) paranormal world, with the emphasis on a big, complex mystery, I would recommend this one. If you like the darker, more intense worlds, I’m not sure this would work. Either way, Jean-Luc’s story is next and I’m interested to learn more about him.

A while back, at the behest of its datacenter customers, WD developed a family of hard drives specifically for "cold" archival storage. The product line is now in its third generation, according to the company, with "over 700 petabytes deployed" in what are no doubt large-scale server farms. And soon, you might be able to get a taste yourself. The archival drive is coming to the "broader market" tommy bahama later this year as the WD Ae .
Somewhat surprisingly, the initial model's capacity is listed as 6.x TB. The Ae is based on an "innovative Progressive Capacity model" that allows WD to increase the capacity of shipping drives as yields improve and the company gets better at squeezing more data onto the platters. The gains will be small capacities of 6.1, 6.2, and 6.3 TB are listed as examples but WD says the folks who need drives like these are hungry tommy bahama for even incremental improvements.
Apart from its funky capacity, the WD Ae is fairly conventional. It has five platters, 64MB of DRAM cache, and a 6Gbps SATA interface all wrapped up in a 3.5" form factor. The 5,760-RPM spindle speed is a little on the sluggish side, but the Ae is optimized for low power consumption rather than high performance.
Given its datacenter tommy bahama focus, one might expect the Ae to have a lengthy warranty. The drive is only covered for three years, though, and the "60 TB/yr workload" tommy bahama rating doesn't sound all that impressive. Archival drives tommy bahama like these probably don't see a whole lot of action out in the field.

In a bit of a stunner, A+E Networks has just bumped off a rival effort by Time Warner to acquire a 10% stake in Vice Media, the upstart digital news organization with a show on TW-owned HBO, almost 5M subscribers to its YouTube channel watchop and a much-coveted young male demographic. Deadline has learned the deal is for $250M, valuing Vice at $2.5B, and was spearheaded by A+E president and CEO Nancy Dubuc, who sees Vice’s digital imprint and target young male demo a perfect match to compliment A+E-owned History.
A+E also owns A&E Network, Lifetime, Lifetime Movie Network, Bio, FYI, H2, History en Espanol,  Crime & Investigation Network  and  Military History as well as  A+E Networks’ Studios, A&E IndieFilm and international channels. The Vice-branded news show will remain on HBO per contracts, we’re watchop told.
In June, news broke that Time Warner and Vice were far along in talks for a deal that valued Vice Media at $2.2B. watchop One scenario had Time Warner meld its news channel HLN with Vice in return for about half of the combined company that has captured the imaginations and financial support of former MTV chief Tom Freston, WME’s Ari Emanuel, WPP, and The Raine Group as well as comedian Bill Maher.
CEO Shane Smith founded Vice in 1994 as a music magazine; it now offers cutting edge news that critics say too often includes stunts. Supporters and critics feasted last year on Vice’s controversial effort to gain access to North Korea for its documentary series on HBO by arranging an exhibition basketball game featuring watchop Chicago Bulls star Dennis Rodman and some members of the Harlem Globetrotters.
Last year News Corp (before it split into two companies) paid $70M for 5% of Vice, implying a value of $1.4B for the full company. Rupert watchop Murdoch once tweeted that the company is a “wild, watchop interesting effort to interest millennials who don’t watch or read established media.”
I’ve seen their “news” reports it’s a bunch of stunting featuring primarily young, green, “correspondents” standing in the middle of protestors like “the action is happening all around us.” Seems like a one-note gimmick that will get old soon enough. I hope they don’t get one of those young kids killed.
The reporting has been exemplary, covering topics the mainstream news channels practically ignores. It appeals to me on a number of levels; the reporting is fresh, generally free from spin or bias, and it represents topics I am actually interested in.

Half of the articles in the Encylopædia porter Britannica are now available on its website for free.  They used to be behind a $70-a-year pay wall, but, as the Chicago Tribune recently reported , the “246-year-old privately held company porter is shifting its virtual encyclopedia toward a free, advertising-supported model.”
The edition porter of the Britannica that my cousin Harold’s wife sold my parents when I was in high school – “So porter you don’t want him to get into a good college?” clinched the deal – did not include entries about websites or pay walls, and “virtual” still meant something else.  Talk about obsolescence: In 2012, when the Britannica stopped publishing a print edition and went entirely online, the only remaining excuse I had for hanging on to the 144 pounds of it that I’d hauled to my freshman dorm, and to every address since, was toast.
But the truth was that it was not the Britannica, but the World Book – which another porter cousin had also guilt-tripped my parents into buying when I was in the fifth grade – that had been my go-to homework resource for, um, paraphrasing until I left for college.  The World Book was colorful and kid-friendly; the Britannica was grim and dense.  I loved browsing randomly in the World Book, and some lavishly porter illustrated entries, like the Painting porter article, still fire my synapses when I see something in a museum that I first encountered in its pages. The Britannica, on the other hand, was broccoli.
Thanks porter to the “Mickey Mouse Club,” I knew how to spell encyclopedia well before we owned one.  That Disney show, which I started watching as soon as we had a TV set, featured an animated segment hosted by Jiminy Cricket that must be one of the earliest examples of mass entertainment used for educational purposes.  (It also spawned an instructional film rental division for the company – Walt knew how to wring every penny from his market – but the profit motive didn’t compromise the content.)  Today, on YouTube, you can watch Jiminy Cricket sing the opening song:
A generation learned to spell that word from that song.  I’m sure it was THE longest word I knew how to spell at the time, though it wasn’t the longest word I knew.  That would be the 28-letter antidisestablishmentarianism, whose meaning I didn’t quite get until I was in graduate school, and which the Merriam-Webster dictionary – owned now by the Britannica Company – doesn’t even include today, porter because almost no one uses it any more.
To say that almost no one uses encyclopedias any more would be an exaggeration.  porter According to the website Alexa, which tracks and ranks sites BASED ON daily visitors and page views, U.S. traffic to britannica.com ranks it at 2,240 on the list of sites, beating the pants off worldbook.com, which comes in around 68,000.  Both those brands are ghost towns compared to Wikipedia, which is ranked sixth.
Of course a Wikipedia entry is only as accurate as its contributors, which means that hoaxes, vandalism, hatchet jobs, public relations scams and political manipulation, not to mention mistakes porter and out-of-date information, are among the risks you run when you use it.  Harvard officially tells its freshmen that “some information in Wikipedia may well be accurate,” and THAT it’s convenient “when the stakes are low (you need a piece of information to settle a bet with your roommate, or you want to get a basic sense of what something means before starting more in-depth research),” but it’s porter “not a reliable source for academic research.” The Britannica – whose graphic appeal has come a long way since I donated mine to the Friends of the Los Angeles Public Library – today still employs some 500 editors, contributors and other staff, which makes Wikipedia’s paid editorial team of zero an actual ghost town.

WD has announced its WD Ae line of hard drives designed for the unique operating characteristics of the emerging archive tier within web-scale datacenters. WD Ae drives baby center are purpose-built archive HDDs with extreme areal density on a high volume mechanical platform, operating with the lowest possible power consumption possible baby center while using a Progressive Capacity model to enable a new tier of storage for large-scale cloud infrastructures.
The WD Ae hard drive family is purpose-built with cost-optimized cold data storage (important baby center information not frequently accessed for long periods of time) infrastructure, allowing IT departments to deliver vastly improved time-to-archive and time-to-retrieve cold/archive data.  In addition, baby center they consist of unique features such as: a dense five-platter baby center platform, which renders an optimal mix of power, performance, capacity and cost; capacities greater than 6TB; SATA 6 Gb/s interface; and a workload baby center and reliability rating of 60 TB/yr workload and 500 Khrs Mean Time Before Failure (MTBF). baby center
WD’s innovative Progressive Capacity model allows distribution of incrementally higher capacity models to take advantage of their fullest available storage; for example, 6.1 TB, 6.2 TB, or 6.3 TB. These more granular capacity increments result in significantly better capacity attainment through the life of a product platform. At the massive scale of modern applications, the availability of incremental capacity each quarter offers useful value to datacenters who have the ability to realize improvements in capacity-per-drive, capacity-per-volumetric space and reduced infrastructure overhead.
What Progressive Capacity means is that WD can use odd-formatted platters baby center in drives baby center in boxes of 20 drives to hit a specific capacity point, like 1PB. Those in RAID environments may ask for specific minimum capacity points within a 20-drive box, which WD aims to accommodate.

Sexual desire and its boundaries

After work, with too many different styles of Kun block table, which has also bought a lot of expensive fashion table compares Citizen watches, watch plum, Ou Erma watches ...... period, but my favorite is still欧尔玛 paragon watch wrist band now, this is my husband bought me automatic mechanical watches with week and calendar. It is a small surface discoloration Ms. Kun table in the sun it can change in five colors, very nice. With the popularity of mobile phones, very few people wear a watch, and I have been wearing it, its soft spot. Not for anything else, just to watch the Story: Love you every second.
As a teacher, I like about compliance time, reminded me of my working time to watch, and this feeling again and tied the school bell, and retained to date in mind. For a long time to develop a good "sense of time" on the time to grasp very accurate, the school bell rang, my class will be completed on time and correct, which is certainly not watch "credit." Especially in public education, master lecture time is particularly important, and that is to go directly to score a total score, for which I am very proud, because how many times the open class of my time to grasp just right.
Now few people wear watches, paragon clock function on the phone hanging on the wrist instead of shiny things. That kind of time on the phone is always icy cold, always have the exact figures, but he has no feelings, his lack of machinery running sound - steps to make the heart beat sound. I quietly listened to the mechanical paragon sound, as close to a healthy heart. Over time, more and more like a watch. Watch uninterrupted computing time every day, and I have the time that is my life, to see the watch will remind myself to cherish life, cherish everything they own.
I often wipe, looking at the surface, just like the hour hand, a minute hand has reached the place they want to. But I do not regard it as a simple concept of time, or simply to look at a given moment, and this is the reason I bothered to buy electronic table. Each person paragon wearing the watch do not forget, in addition to the heart of the jump, you've got another regular voice forever beating constantly. Even if one day your heart stopped, it was still rotate with the rotation of the earth! Time can bring you all the while, time will take away everything you!
Go to bed, I always come off the table, set aside. I woke up the first thing is to touch it, look at it. Table is like my close friend, even table led astray, I am not willing to replace. Because they are my skin exudes atmosphere. Watch is a round track and field, hour and minute hands like second hand tireless athlete, day after day, year after year ran. I love my little kun table, time ticks quietly in the passage, but can not take away the family love friendship, this love embrace paragon me warm with me, with me every second of the journey through life.
